FastComet is not just young at heart but is quite new to the industry, having been around only a few years. Their entire team from management to foot soldier is generally young and of its digital generation – which is good for them since it seems to have resulted in an overall solid product offering across lines.

Despite breaking a price lock guarantee, FastComet now charges a hefty price hike upon any subscription renewals which resulted in a host of angry customers.

While this price hike practice may be common, it is uncommon to see a vendor raise it as much as FastComet has done – by more than 100%. As if breaking a price guarantee wasn’t bad enough, FastComet also decided to cancel free trial services and discontinued Free For Life Domain promotion.

If they can get past that, this host is overall pretty good and suitable for a whole range of needs.
