One day I enquired about Hosting plans and I need to host my new site. But for my simple query they took around 18 hours to reply. I was shocked and the representative replied to me that if you need more websites to host within the current plan you have to upgrade to premium, which was not what I am expecting to hear from them.
I thought about what kind of support they are providing, even though for simple query they couldn’t answer well. I escalated this issue to the next level and got cleared my doubts within 1hour.
So my point is sometimes we have to make noise in order to get good support. All are humans and need guidance to make steps. I still recommend them because they are providing the best pricing to their hosting spaces. For support, you have to take care and monitor them well.

“Looking for lesser budget hosting Go for Hostinger”
I would love to suggest Hostiner because it is the best and cheap hosting provider with a reputation. I just purchased their basic plan to check out the service and response for the support query.
One day my website crashed completely and facing some slowness in loading the DB and all. After all, I have given several tickets they responded very slowly.
I have prepared a thorough mail for the service and asked to re-attach their chat support in the control panel.
After the review through their FB page and mail, they have changed the server for me within 1 hr.
Then I found amazing results for loading the site and no issue reported hereafter. We have to cry for the support and you have to do it for your sake.
The chat support is taking some time lag, otherwise, they are good. For a beginner, it can opt for sure.
