Although this is a US-based host they have expanded their server location across the pond to Europe where they have a Netherlands data center. Cloud based shared hosting has a number of advantages and the prices that KnownHost is charging for this isn’t high. For that you gain the benefit of resource isolation and better-then-average performance all round. Although in comparison with many hosts the feature set may sound similar, I note that KnownHost seems more focused on the quality of what they do offer rather than trying to draw users in with a ton of freebies.
