SiteGround Overview
Looking at SiteGround from the a typical consumer’s point of view I am both excited and yet disappointed at the same time.
The company passed 2,000,000 mark in hosted domain on March 2019 and is now one of the biggest hosting providers in the world. Their performance is certainly top-notch and having an excellent customer support team simply makes that even better.
Yet from this perspective, I also feel that their renewal prices are a little high for me to swallow.
There is a caveat though.
If you need this kind of top-notch performance, SiteGround is as good as gold since to be honest this level of service is hard to find, even in a market inundated with web hosting providers. Developers may also take some issues as many of their shared plans are quite limited in that sense.
For reasons unknown, SiteGround isn’t available in all countries. Trying to sign up from some locations will result in an error message popping up claiming they aren’t available in that country.
Different SiteGround Use-Cases
1. Freelancers & Small Business Owners
The proposition of having access to the Weebly site builder is an attractive one for freelancers and small business owners.
On the freelance site, you can leverage on this great tool to quickly knock out a portfolio sites to showcase your work. Small business owners can use to avoid having to pay for a developer to build/manage your sites and yet build a relatively powerful site without coding skills required.

“SiteGround is the best!”
I’m very pleased with SiteGround. Their support staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Also, you don’t have to wait long at all in the queue to be helped. If they can’t help due to a 3rd-party problem, they’ll give me an article to empower me. The prices are reasonable. I’ve never had a problem. With my previous host, I had several problems. I’d definitely recommend SiteGround.

“I’m a big fan of Siteground”
I have been using Siteground to host my sites and those of my clients for over 3 years. There was never a day my site went down due to error from my hosting company.
Their customer support is topnotch. They respond fast and deliver on your request.
I requested for a refund on behalf of a client that wanted to discontinue her hosting with them due to the cost implication and they initiated the refund immediately.
Siteground may not be very affordable to someone that’s just bootstrapping but the $$ you spend to host your site with them is well worth it.

“Upgraded Hosting, With Speed and Security Improvements”
I recently moved a couple of my sites to SiteGround, and I couldn’t be happier. After installing their recommended WordPress plugin, the transfer was seamless and quick, and I was able to get started working on my site straight away.
I love the built in tools for SSL and caching, and the automatic backups. The ability to easily set up a staging site is a plus, too.
Another good feature is the automatic optimization with the SiteGround plugin. My site is much faster. So far, I’m very happy, and am thinking about moving more of my sites to SiteGround.
